Well okay .I used to weight 283 pounds . As of yesterday, I finally weight in at less than 200 (199), yay! Well ever since I've been losing weight , I started noticing obese people more and more . I kinda have the urge to tell them how much their life might change if they lose weight . And that losing all the weight is definitely worth it . IIN?

I think it's normal. You have been focusing on your self losing weight, losing weight properly is a change of lifestyle and will make you view things (including the people around you) differently. Weight probably became something you think about a lot, so you will notice obsese people more now, especially after losing some. Maybe when you notice these people, you subconciously think that you don't want to be like that.
As long as you don't start pushing your opinions on over weight strangers then i'm sure you'll be fine. It doesnt hurt to give a bit of advice to a friend or family member if they complain about their weight and you feel your comment could benefit them...but just remember to not turn into one of those people that constantly comments on people's figure and act obsessed with weight etc lol, which i'm sure you wont.
p.s congrats on losing the weight btw. I'm sure your a lot more confident and happy now! I've joined the gym! on a mission to lose a few pounds my self haha!

The urge is normal, I have a brother, every time he switches phone company, he starts recommending the new one to everyone he knows, telling how much better it is, but please don't do that. I assure you, every jumbo size person already heard all those lectures about health and weight hundreds of times, all you'll be doing is annoying them.

Maybe it's because you're getting smaller, and from your perspective it looks like everyone else is getting bigger! :O

Good for you :) keep it up. Its hard not to notice all the large people, especially when your shrinking. People are getting bigger and bigger all the time. Meal sizes keep getting larger, crap food tends to be cheaper, and hey, if you gigantisize it we'll take 50 cents off! What a deal!! people seem to be getting lazier by the minute. Drive thrus everywhere so you don't even have to get out of the car, I could go on and on. Sorry for the rant, again, good for you :)

You must be from the the states. >:D

Of course it's normal. Being in shape makes you feel better and now you want to share that knowledge. I just don't know how people would take it. Overweight people tend to get highly emotional about the topic. Maybe you could start a blog? Anyone who interested will listen. And, you'll save yourself from the negative reactions.
