I'm 22, a woman and I live in a hot and humid climate.
I sweat a lot and it bothers me. Often when other people say a room is cold and they bring sweaters to keep themselves warm, I'm comfortable.

I often sweat in rooms when other people aren't. In our airconditioned place, I often have to take off my dress/clothes and work in my underwear, because it feels more comfortable, less sticky and I don't sweat that way.

I get trickles of sweat go down my legs from the back of my knees a lot, and between my legs are always sweating heaps. When I sit down on a chair, I'm often a little embarrassed because I leave a long wet sweat mark from where my bum & privates were.

IIN for a woman to sweat like this?

Maybe you should go see a doctor? Or it could be because of the food you eat?

I'm not sure if it is normal to sweat that that much, but I've tried reseaching it before for myself. What I have mostly read is that it has to do with genetics, gender, weight, etc... Some medications can also make you sweat more than normal as a side effect.
I know I sweat A LOT, especially in public. But for me, it could just be anxiety..
Is it just in the summer?

Umm, I don't know because we have summer all year round. And we live in a humid climate, with a lot of moisture in the air. But I think I sweat more than other people. I walk out of the air con for like a few minutes and I start perspiring
