So i know the first thing ur thinking is she has scytsophrynia(spelling???) but i dont i am completly healthy what im saying is like, if i do something wrong i'll be like "Omg Jessica! What were you thinking!" so iin??

I'd rather talk to myself than to my sisters about certain things. I still don't think that matters anyway, people still think random little things to themself.

Totally normal to talk to yourself in your head. Everyone does it. It's how we manage to survive.
But if the voice is not your voice, then you should be worried.

Yes! That is how we weigh both sides of an argument and decide which side we stand for.... or make decisions. What you are doing is thinking things through.
