Is it normal to think about when you will find that one person?

I'm an 18 year old guy who most nights ask himself the same question, 'when will I find a girl I'm attracted to who is the one for me and that I will get into a loving relationship with?'
I know I'm only 18 but I haven't had a relationship for a few years and just have a strong desire to meet the girl that I think is the one.

I hate to break it to you, but there is no one right person. Just try to find someone that you can wake up next to without vomitting or wanting to blow your brains out.

It is normal. It is also good that you think about relationships that way; you want a true relationship, one that has a real purpose. I like how you think.

Well I've always wanted a real relationship like that I mean I'm 18 and being an Aussie you can go clubbing at that age and everyone there is looking to score but what I'm looking for is a girl who will make my heart literally skip a beat
