I think pale skin looks like death. It looks gross, and usually it's spotted with ugly freckles.

Is this ItDuz? I know you're a peculiar person, but you've been acting extremely strange recently, more so than usual. It doesn't seem like you.

You actually just made me notice that I am doing that. Good sign for people, it means that I am starting to be less myself and more someone they would like to be around, and I only do that when I lack respect to the enviroment I'm in to express my true opinion.

F**k! We lost another one! Please, don't do this? :( I like the 'ItDuz' I met when I first got here. Surely your identity is bigger than a website and what people think, right? Maybe you just need to take a break for a while? :}

I don't know. I would be lying if I said I wasn't addicted to this site, but if I decided to not come on this site, my pride would make me stick to my word so that addiction to the site doesn't have any hold over me.

Unfortunatly people just don't seem to see my line on reasoning, and when my line of reasoning is pretty much obvious and can't be shown wrong (obviously not all the time I'm right, but when it's faurly obvious I am), people just avoid the topic and think not answering, yet insulting is a good form of contributing to the conversation.

My identity isn't really shared with most due to me being far less on the emotional side than most, in which I don't think people would be able to handle or accept who I actually am, so I usually just pretend to be a nice, fun person, and most of the time it isn't forced, it's quite like a social reflex. It usually happens and I don't really notice it until it is full on different from the way I usually am, but now that I've noticed, I'll try to be myself more than the social reflex me.

Personally, it isn't how they view me, it's how I view them. You have known me for quite some time, you know how much I will engage in debates, but for some time now I am litrally not wanting to have any part of it, and sometimes I'll barely read the notifications I get, I ushed to look at them all.

I think this site is unable to realize that just because something is offensive, doesn't make it incapable of being true. Perhaps I do need a break from the site, but I think it would be a break until people realize this rather than just a break until I "Pull myself together".

I have made stories after stories, and people will say that I am completely wrong for thinking something, that I am this and that for thinking such things, yet when I make other stories that doesn't involve something that won't offend people, yet is the exact same situation, just with a different target, they seem to have the complete different opinion, they will say that I am right...

Then there is when people go blindly against proven facts...I think a line was drawn when a specific user on here tried to deny a definition from an actual dicitonary was what a word meant...I asked and asked, ok, then "you" send me a link that shows your point, show me wrong, I am interested in knowing if I'm wrong...There response was "I am not your teacher" simply die to the fact they were wrong and couldn't accept it. The whole point of debate is to give information that is reliable, and if it reliablility is in doubt, give a reliable source of information that shows it to be right...To this person, it was just something oblivious to her. It went so far along that "I" was trying to look up information that she thought was fact that would prove me wrong. I was argung against her points, and looking for her points to use against me aswell, because she couldn't understand what a dbeate is. Regardless, she couldn't accept she was wrong, she couldn't find any information that proved her right, (she tried to quote something she thought would help her, just proved my point even more). They kept saying "you gave no reliabel source of information either", then I would continue to link the definition of the word.

I am no saint, I am wrong at times, and if someone says I'm wrong, I want to hear why, I want to know how I am wrong so that if I am wrong I can accept it. It seems too much to ask from a lot of people in this site, and no matter how many people like to think they're more accepting of other people's opinions on here, they can't handle when they have been proven wrong, where as I can when it is explained how I am wrong.

Is there any point being part of a community if you have these opinions that are offensive, yet have truth to them, when the commuinity can't understand that offensive doesn't mean unable to be fact? I would be stupid to keep myself in such an enviroment.

I feel like I'm smacking my face with a shovel whenever I have to debate with most people on this site. I wish most of the older users would come back, they were far more my type of people, and they were far more understanding. They were able to leave their opinion behind, listen to mine with a clean mind, then apply it to what their original opinion was, then understand if they are wrong or not, that just doesn't happen with this new generation of IIN users.

Maybe my time on the site has gone on too long? I know something has changed, and I'm pretty sure it's not me. The only things that have involved something different with me is having opinions on matters I didn't think of at all before.

I don't expect people to like me, respect me, or treat me nicely. I just expect people to be a bit more open, more understanding. Most of all, I want them to think in two ways, an emotional way and a logical way, without them connecting together, because emotion always wins with users on here.

Yes but you should have to change yourself for others. Unless you don't care but I know you; you wouldn't want to.

Out of everyone on the site, I've had the most arguments with you, by a lot. So you probably think I dislike you. I really don't, what I dislike is this. It's not the you we know (and love:P) and I really preferred the old version. I love your humour, but this behaviour is very strange to me.

I hope this makes you feel more comfortable about being yourself, because after all the arguments we had I should probably want you to change, but I don't.

I guess she's in denial or she doesn't want to think about all the money she has wasted.

Ahhh!!!!

Why on earth did you have to remind me about her?!
Comment Hidden (show)

Cuz I loves you so!
Comment Hidden (show)
OP you racist! Us pale skins have feelings too!
Comment Hidden (show)
My Mom and my aunt are both in their mid-forties and only about one year apart. My aunt has tanned consistently since she was about 20, and my Mom never (purposefully) tanned in her life.

My Mother is pale, Irish, with dark brown hair and green eyes and my Aunt is tanned with dyed blonde hair and brown eyes. My Mom could pass as a decade younger and my aunt only wishes that she looked her age.

Tanning makes you look great in the short run, but considering that I have seen the way the genes play out in my family, I think I'll keep my pale skin and the extra decade of youth on my face, thanks.

I actually lol'd!

I think pale skin is beautiful, and I'm not keen on darker or tan skin, so to each their own. But don't be so mean about it. Some people are really beautiful with pale skin, and not everyone has freckles with pale skin.... and even so, freckles are beautiful too. :)
Comment Hidden (show)
I'm pale and I wish I had freckles. I had the very, very faintest ones as a kid in high summer, but I think they fell off.

Whatever you think, nothing looks worse than an overdone fake tan where the person is the colour of oak.

@: dappled
They fell off! Glue them back on! lolz

Seriously though, I have no freckles until about half way through the summer they start to develop on my skin from the sun. Not a lot of outdoor activity for dappled?
Comment Hidden (show)

Nah, I burn badly even in our weak attempt at sunshine. Twenty minutes in the sun is as much as I can take. I should turn into a vampire. :D
Comment Hidden (show)
-
@: dappled
Lolz just don't be a sparkly one!

I only burn once a summer, and after that it is fine, although oddly my skin stays pretty average rather than getting dark. If I get a ton of sun, freckles will start to spread across the face and shoulders, although they are rather large, and spaced out. Also, my beard is red while my hair is brown. Talk about your odd pigmentation!

Maybe you've got the same heritage as me. I always think there's a bit of Viking in me because bits of my stubble go red, and some above my top lip actually goes blonde, but my hair is dark brown. I'm like some kind of tricolour cat. Which is ironic, because I used to be one of those. ;)

Ya that sounds about like me. I tend to keep it shaved close so as to avoid the color wheel that is my facial hair lolz.

WoeWithSirensOnTheDanceFloor
No It's Not Normal. I think your a looks obsessed freak who is probably constantly tanning. Your probably tan, and think that anyone who doesn't look like you is ugly, because your probably narcissistic.
Comment Hidden (show)
Pale skin + freckles = sex on a stick.

You read my mind :)
Comment Hidden (show)
I also think its kinda hot.
Comment Hidden (show)
I agree.

Valkeer
Okay.

There's really nothing else to say to this. You have your preference; others have theirs. And so the world turns round and round.
Comment Hidden (show)
I was going to write a little rhyme on this, but my mind ran empty.

Anyway, I must disagree because I think pale skin is quite sexy.
Comment Hidden (show)
Normal. Everyone has different tastes.
Comment Hidden (show)
It varies person to person, but a pale girl with dark hair is a solid bet for hotness!
Comment Hidden (show)
I love my freckles, not gonna lie.
Comment Hidden (show)
-
I love them too :3
Comment Hidden (show)
in my opinion, i think pale skin is very beautiful, on a girl especially. but that's just me
Comment Hidden (show)
So cooking urself on a sunbed and becoming riddled with cancer is a better alternative then. Pale skin is beautiful. xx
Comment Hidden (show)
I have tan skin but I've been lightening it with natural methods. I love pale skin.
Comment Hidden (show)
Yeah, I'm pretty pale. IT'S SO GROSS.
Except not. Because it's my skin. And I can't change it. Unless I feel like getting skin cancer. Sooo. I kind of hope this post was a troll.
Comment Hidden (show)
Blue is the prettiest of them all! Pale is nice too, but I like Blue more.

Why would not this be 'normal'? It's a preference. I just hope the love of your life is not pale with freckles! What would you do then?
Comment Hidden (show)
Tan isn't my preference but I wouldn't call it ugly. I just think that the pale look is prettier.
Comment Hidden (show)
Nothing wrong with pale or tan. Freckles on people i dislike though, looks like flys took dumps all over them.
Comment Hidden (show)
Thanks for sharing.
Comment Hidden (show)
I'm as pale as raw chicken. Tasty.
Comment Hidden (show)
Try getting a tan. A real tan! Don't overdo it though. If you're still pale and can't get tan, enjoy the skin you're in. I'm tan and went through a phase where I wanted to be black. Now I take damithol and think "damn it all! I'm me". Now I'm proud to be tan and like I'm Hi-C! Life's got you down? Try damithol!
Comment Hidden (show)
RACIST!!!!!
Comment Hidden (show)
Pale is okay. White is scary (for a guy)
Comment Hidden (show)
yeah like a soft taco shell from taco bell.. fucking gross
Comment Hidden (show)
I think pale skin only looks good on Goth men and women.
Comment Hidden (show)
Yep people that look like leather bags are so hot. lol

But I like pale skin. Most of the guys I've liked were pretty pale. I think guys with freckles are pretty cute too. Gotta love them irish men.... :)

I get what you're saying about tanning and skin damage, but some people are born with dark skin, dude.
Comment Hidden (show)
-
Yes... I know. I was just joking buddy.

I didn't say I don't like people with dark skin.
Comment Hidden (show)
-
I know you didn't mean it like that. Like me, you probably live in a society where whiteness is thought of as the default. I pointed that out not because I think you're racist, but because things like that can perpetuate that sort of thinking, even when you don't mean for them to.
Comment Hidden (show)
-
Yes no worries. But if someone does take it seriously then they don't have to like me. A lot of things I say I don't mean. :) I just like sarcasm and love to joke.
Comment Hidden (show)
-
Yeah. I try not to worry too much about people not liking me, but I do worry about people being hurt by things I say, so I try to be careful.
Comment Hidden (show)

Pale skin is hot. Guys who look dead are hot...I disagree with you.
Comment Hidden (show)
I look like death, but I'm not freckly and repulsive! :(
Comment Hidden (show)
WHY!? Pale skin looks good. (without freckles though)
Comment Hidden (show)
It's normal. I do think pale skin can look nice, but on some people it just looks pasty and sickly. Nothing wrong with a healthy glow ;-)
Comment Hidden (show)
I like it, and I think freckles are cute too.
Comment Hidden (show)
I like fair skinned Indian girls although I don't mind a darker skinned Indian girl either. As long as she's cute.
Comment Hidden (show)
I'm pale and don't have any spots or freckles. I understand the type you're talking about - blotchy, sallow and spotty. I find that look repulsive as well.
Comment Hidden (show)
I'm sorry... So people can't be tan. I'm unable to get tan because of my skin tone and how fair it is. You can deal with it cause your a little stuck up... Dontcha think?
Comment Hidden (show)
I find pale skin beautiful, much more than artificially tanned skin. The most beautiful girl I had ever seen was extremely pale with red hair and freckles. I thought she was amazing looking.
Comment Hidden (show)
But pale skin looks so clean and lively..but i dont know, im not to keen on dark skin, at times it looks greasy, shiny and ashy. But any natural pigment is better than fake tanning shit...
Comment Hidden (show)
Pale skin isn't gross or ugly. :/
What about Edward from Twilight?? :O
