Is it normal to think parts in the hunger games books hilarious?

So I find certain parts in the hunger games books just hilarious, like I laugh my a** off! Like, katniss' many breakdowns, how she goes insane, like when she tries to kill haymich with the syringe, and like.. Her reactions to things and when she turns to the bottle (alcohol), all those things I just find so funny! Also thinking about like.. How she loves Gale, and he has to watch her kissing peeta, and how her mom doesn't even want her to be dating, let alone being pregnant at the age of like..17!! Those things I find hilarious, and I honestly don't know why.. IIN?

I've never read it, but I usually laugh at painful scenes in films.
I suppose it's normal. What you described does sound rather funny:P

Lol, man, you just HAVE to be a troll. Katniss doesn't get pregnant, she PRETENDS to be pregnant in the second book.

A group of teens being forced to kill each other in order to survive; yep, that sounds hilarious to me too.

Some of those parts you mentioned were stupid IMO so I can see why you laughed. I didnt like the whiny Katniss I liked the parts when they were hunting and killing each other. :) Dont listen to anyone else you can enjoy any book no matter if it's silly or poorly written or whatever. I get into anyy book I read. I like reading Dr. Seuss for christ sakes! And that picture book with the caterpillar :D.
