I've been dating this girl for a while now. She's a shemale and we wanted to have a kid. Is it normal that I want her (a shemale) to get me pregnant? She was born this way; not from a surgery.

TerryVie is right to rephrase the question for you. Do you love your partner? Do you want to spend the rest of your life with them? Do you want to raise your child together? If all three answers are yes, then by all means you should do what your heart desires. Don't fall prey to others judgments, don't let narrow-mindedness and bigotry dissuade you from doing what makes you happy. It's your life, not anyone else's. Live it how you want to.

so she is really a he in a dress? just think about the kid and how much it will get bullied at school because it has a father than wears dresses.

No, she is a she. She has breasts and the hips and everything. No adam's apple. The only difference is that she has a penis.

so she is a hermaphrodite?

hm. a whole new world. you intrigue me.

as for your question: let me rephrase that for you...

"Hi, i've been dating my partner for a while...we want to have a kid...is it normal to become preganant?"

That should already contain the answer you need...what or who your partner is is irrelevant, you are a couple, you are physically able to have a child, you want one, go for it. Why would that not be "normal".

Now, if you asked wether it's "normal" to have a hermaphrodite as a partner, thats a whole different thing :) It'd not normal and i slightly envy you.

Do you mean a hermaphrodite? Well, if it's physically possible for he/she to do that, then I guess it's normal...

i mean what is "normal" =\ the fact that your significant other is even a shemale makes them abnormal so anything involving them would be abnormal but personally i think that if you 2 love each other and it's possible for you to get pregnant then nothing should stop you =\ i mean i'm sure that when the child grows up if they don't want their friends to me their "father" then i'm sure that he/she will understand. o.O damn that's just an awkward way of trying to explain you boy/girlfriend. Sorry if it sounds bad. Didn't mean to be offensive.

If you are contemplating this on isitnormal.com then I don't think you are ready to be a parent. I say tie the knot and have the kid.

I agree with terry

I believe the term that this page requires is 'intersex'. Hermaphrodite is an outdated and offensive term.

No matter how your partner was assigned at birth, or how she identifies now, your feelings are valid.

You and your partner should do what makes you happy, so long as you have the fiscal and emotional stability to support a child.

it is normal, because no matter what, she was born male even if she is MTF she will always be male inside... the only way to be a female is to be born one... if she was a female she wouldnt have a cock or penis, nor be able to impregnate other girls... i am not a gay hater, but i see things the way they are in reality...

I'd suggest that the two of you get married first. Your child deserves a stable home with a married and devoted couple as opposed to a couple that has a kid and thinks love is all you need, yo. Better chance to sue him/her if he/she steps out too. If they can't committ to you by way of marriage, how will they committ to a child?
