First off, I'm pretty healthy. I don't do any drugs or drink or anything.
However, during these days whenever I feel unhappy due to being insecure and inferior, I have an urging to puke.
I don't want to make myself puke, but it's like a nagging feeling that tells me that if I puke, I'll feel much better. I don't want to submit to it, but it's making me scared since I never felt like this before.
It usually goes away whenever I don't feel unhappy anymore, but it's like there's a ball in my throat--like when a person feels jealous--that wants to come out.
Is this normal? How can I deal with this better?

My advice, DE-STRESS. Find things to do whenever you're feeling that way, maybe start a daily meditation routine, make sure you're eating and more importantly sleeping well. It might also be beneficial to talk to your doctor just in case there's some underlying condition.
