Is it normal to wear a tight high waisted skirt if you're fat?

My weight is 181 pounds and yesterday I fell in love with a skirt, it's a long burgundy high waisted skirt with a small slit on the backside and I couldn't resist buying it. I'm 1,71 meter btw. Is it normal for a girl like me to wear it?

Where every day I see women twice your size wearing half the clothing.

As long as the skirt fits well and doesn't show too much leg, it is probably flattering. If it is TOO tight, then you are being nasty.

I'm uk size 14, most times i wear skirt to work with many compliment from people. So go for it
