I'm a big fan of wearing whatever you want whenever you want (as long as its not dangerous or illegal). If you want to wear those shoes then do so. If anyone says anything to do, tell them that you set trends, not follow them.

Go ahead and wear them. It really doesn't matter what season you wear them because some people where things like uggs all year round.
