A small fluctuation in weight would be normal. You're more likely to weigh less in the morning because you likely haven't eaten, etc.

Bonus fact (apparently): You're taller in the morning, too. Before the day has a chance to weigh you down and make you feel smaller maybe :P

It is water weight, your body dehydrates when you sleep. You put the weight back on when you drink more water and your body absorbs it.
