Eh, I don't know. Is he your cousin by marriage, or is he like a legitimate blood cousin? I mean, way back in the day it didn't really matter, but now you have the different views on incest and whatnot, and birth defects. I don't really think that it's as much of a risk when it comes to a SECOND cousin, so either way, it may be viewed as strange.
