im female and im interested in guys, im not bi or anything but for sum reason i love girls boobs alot. i find myself staring a girls big Tities, and i also love rubbing and touching my best friends own and a few of my lesbian friends who dont mind. I love boobs alot but im not bi cuz i dont love girls and id never wanna f**k one ...Is this normal?

Yeah, it's normal. They're fun, it's hard to resist, it's understandable. It doesn't neccesarily make you homo or bi.
