Kinda true I suppose.The bigger your penis the more nerves it will have which will produce stronger orgasms than a smaller penis and with stronger orgasms more semen is expelled because the male orgasm comes from the expulsion of semen.

I heard a male fertility expert say that all men produce about 1000 sperm per second and of course the size of your knob is of no relevance. They are produced in the testicles, aren't they.

A fertile young man makes around 1000 new sperm per second. Each carries half the instructions (genes) needed to make a new person, packed into its head. The rest of the cell is a long tail, which propels the sperm towards the egg at about three millimetres per minute. The neck is crammed with mitochondria, which help make the energy needed for the journey. Once they're released, sperm usually survive for 48 hours.
