No, you are not special at all in the slightest. Speaking while breathing in is easy for the majority of people. Sorry that for a second you thought you could do something cool.

Oh im special alright, not for the cyclic breathing though, i just wanted to know if you could like blow your lungs up, cos it hurts doing it for any period of time, dont worry though mermaidman i'll take my unusually high intelligence over being able to do something cool like sound like a robot anyway (Thats not what my friends say though =P)

Ps: cabinet im not saying youre wrong but i dont know if theyre connected that much(Cyclic breathing and that) its just that i looked up the wikipedia one on wiki and thats about breathing out and then when you almost run out of air the last breath goes to your mouth and you breath in through your nose, i think theyre similar but im just skeptical by nature, (sorry for my inability to grasp stuff)
