Yes it is normal. (no you wont hit or screw a baby if you f*cking a pregnant women) There is a cervix then good 3 inches of a mucus membrane then the sac with water and the baby is floating in there. When she gets around her due date the baby will drop but until she dialates loose her "plug" and her water is broken nothing is touching the baby! (I have two kids)

I've never seen any pregnant porn, but it's on my list of things to do.

As long as it's not illegal I don't see what the problem is. It's not like you have to tell anyone, it's just between you and your internet service provider.
