My boyfriend has always been really sweet and innocent he even said he wanted to be a virgin until he was married but yesterday we were talking on the phone and out of nowhere he was like "you have no idea how much I want you" and I was like "what???" then he said "come on, you know what I mean, don't you?..you are so beautiful"

It does sound like he wants to have sex, but no matter what age you to are (unless one/both of you hasn't/haven't hit puberty yet) he is not a pervert because he wants to have sex with you. The idea of waiting until after marriage for sex is very stupid because it turns off a lot of guys from dating you, and your currect boyfriend may leave you because of it (even if at one point he said he would wait). Also, you should know what sex is like and how your boyfriend is at sex before making the decision to marry him. Ask him if he meant sex (just to be sure). If you really love him I think you should just go for it.

He probably does want sex with you but that certainly doesn't make him a pervert. He may have said that he wants to wait until he's married but that's not an easy task for a man to do. IMO it makes him pretty sweet that he'd want to wait until he's married whereas most men would not even consider such a thing. He seems like a nice guy from what you've said but only you can know if you want to go that far with him.
