NO. How old is your brother. I hope you're not serious. Abuse of animals early in life usually leads to an escalation of violence against your fellow man later in life. Most violent killers start out as animal abusers in their youth. When their confidence builds they can turn their urges onto someone close to home but a step up from the family pet...I hope you're not serious. Get him some psychiatric help if you are.

I'd encourage him to invest in perhaps some sex toys, such as a Fleshlight, or Rubber Vagina/Anus of some sort, if he's into humping things. Much safer i'd say.
