Don&apos;t starve yourself. You could pass out one day from lack of energy. It&apos;s not just about losing weight, you could put your health in danger. If you don&apos;t want to gain extra pounds, just don&apos;t indulge too much on the junk food.				</description>

				Once i fasted for 10 days and didn`t get hungry. I wasn`t trying to lose weight though- I just thought it would save me $ as I was travelling.
Anyway- in the long term fasting is a bad idea. It slows your metabolism down so that when you start eating again the weight can come on more than before. Excersise, excersise, escersise (sould never spell that word) And eat healty nourishing food.
