This is a loaded question, but assuming it is real and assuming you are her Mother - then I would say that it is fine.

I would advise against a vibe though. One can become dependant and numb to effect after awhile.

My sister and I were taught by our mom how to masturbate, a learn by watching type thing, when we were about ten or so. Six is a little young I would say, but not unheard of.
