I'm not sure what the symptoms are for Jock Itch but I've got a nasty rash in the inner thigh & pelvic area. The rash looks really angry & raw, and on the night it starts to itch, which is quite unbearable. Also, I thought this was just sweat, but over the past couple of nights there seems to be some sort of white discharge with a foul odor coming out of it. I've had this for about a week now. Any idea what it is? I'm male btw.

Sounds like an infected heat/sweat rash to me. I'd go to the chemist and buy some anti-fungal cream and that should get rid of it. You'll know when you get jock itch or itchy scrot as we call it here :/

I agree with Danny, sounds like jock itch. Pick up some lotramin or what ever anti fungal the pharmacist recommends. If left to heal on its own, it can drive you to point of madness, with the incessant itching. I've had it once or twice. Good luck, hope you feel better soon

It sounds infected. If its jock itch, you need to find a medicated cream made specifically for it.
