My story is that I have been having REALLY irregular peirods. I had one and then I didn't have another one till three months later and then that one stopped for about a week and i had another peirod. I never know when they are coming or how bad it's going to be. I hadn't ever had to use a tampon bigger than a regular and my last peirod i had to use a super and even with that i had to change it like every 30 minutes when i usually only used a regular tampon and changed it 2-4 hours. So i just wanted to ask, "What should I do?", "Is this normal?", "Should I see a doctor?", "and if I did see a doctor what would he probably do, because I think I'm to young to be on birth control?"

Wow, do children always associate periods with babies? Yes, missing a period CAN be a sign of being pregnent. No one here can say what the doctor will do, but it is BEST to get a female doctor. talk to your mom about this and she will make sure you see a female doctor.

Also, birth control isnt really bad for teenagers or young kids. If you take isotretion (accutane, tretiat, etc) you are required to take birth control, thus prooving that its not a bad thing.

Yes go see a doctor and ask him. At your age, your period doesn't stop that long. If you don't want to use birth control try to use condom. I don't use birth control. I'm afraid when I miss pill and I will get pregnant and my baby will be abnormal or down syndrome.

I think in my sex ed class years ago they said that the pill can be used to help with bad periods.
