You haven't even provided enough information. Where do you live? In some societies this is fine, while in others it is not. And if your whole family agrees with you marrying him, I guess you answered your own question since you are party of society and your whole family thinks it is okay. On a side note, he looks 21, so nobody can really tell?

Perfectly normal, I have dated women in their mid thirties and am twenty one. My uncle is married to a women twice his age, my grandfather married my grandmother when she was 18, and he was in his mid thirties. By the way, am twenty one and look thirty, receding hair line and all.
