Okay so I have very itchy balls
I mean when I am in privacy of my home I have almost always got my hand down the front of my trouser's scratching my balls
Is this normal?

You must know that there's plenty of over the counter medications for jock itch.

Try different underwear, either that or wash them with antibacterial soap.
