yes. sometimes with me i dream about getting chased by something, and then if it catches me or bites me, i usually wake up and i get a cramp or something, or i'll hit anyone of my head/arm/leg/toe on something really fucking hard

YES< its called violent dreams, one time i had a dream i cut my self, then when i woke up i had a cut on my arm....

yeah, happens to me, like once i jumped out of the bed of a truck, and landed on my back (dont ask how that happened i dont know) and found myself awake moving as if i just fell onto my bed..i was freaked out but i got used to it.

Yes, it's not only normal, it's actually quite common. It's a condition called ... ahhh I can't remember the exact name but I learned about it in a Psychology class. What happens is your leg is shaking and jerking in your sleep and after a while, just as if you were excersizing at a gym, your leg gets sore and tired.

yeah but the dreams i have like that only happen when i first fall asleep. and its usually that i am walking down the stairs, then i slip.

i had something close to dat a month ago i dreamed takin my gf to the beach and just havin a good time but then i dreamed i was pissin in a relaxin bathroom and looked through a wooden framed window and saw the colorful reflection and imagined pissin but not actually seein it and then i actually started pissin i was so freaked out

Yeah, but my whole body jerks, just before I fall asleep I have a vivid half dream about falling and then yeah...

this is a result of your system shutting down. when you sleep all of your organs go into a kind of remission mode. when your leg does that it's your body telling itself that it's still alive and running. it's completely normal and it's just a function of your body.

YYYEEEAAAHHH... i do that too. (a little too often) but any who. ill be on my way to falling asleep then ill have a mini dream that i saw a spider or if im falling then my whole entire body will jerk like fucking hell! yeeeaaauuuhhhh...um. thats all
