Well, round here a nerd would be someone who's kinda bookish/smart or has a particular skill (ie science) and does well at school, and geeks are kinda similar but more for the online stuff like gamin and sometimes without the academic bent. But seriously, past about 15 none of that shit matters anymore. You're just a person.

It depends on where you live. In my book, a geek is somebody who's really tech savvy, to the point that they're out of touch with the real world. A nerd is somebody who lives in their mom's basement and plays D&D

I geek is someone who bites the heads off of live chickens. A nerd merely has sex with them.

Here is how I've always explained the difference:

Geeks are like skillful compuninjas. Nerds just think ninjas are cool.

And the difference between a nerd and a geek:-
Geeks are those losers in school who hang out in the library, play computer games and trade pokemon cards or whatever.
Nerds are people who are smart or clever, but haven't condemned themselves to a life of living at their parents' house and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
Nerds can be popular, geeks can't.

Nerdy geek! I think a net is a really smart person, and a geek is somebody that plays a lot of video games and is into technology and stuff.
