well, i dont shave my mustace, i shave my face but not my lip, and im a guy, but i dont know if ur a guy or girl
get some tweezers and pull them out its simple. GOOD LUCK
Don't shave it till you get older.
we got hair.that is one of the characteristics of being a mammal---hair.why has everyone got such a hatred of hair? Women scrape their legs and pits and bushes down to the raw skin and now your upset with some lip hair.all women have got some lip hair.mess with it and it will just get more noticeable.laser removel by a PROFESSIONAL,not at a beauty salon,is your best bet if you must get rid of it.
dont do what i did when i was 10 and had a stache shave it when your older its a pain in the ass shaving all the time and it gets rougher and it grows faster as you keep shaving.
whaterver you do DONT SHAVE IT

wax or use some hair removal cream
Tis called hair removal cream.
if its just peach fuzz keep it. if not you could try tweeze i have a friend how uses it, says it hurts but works. just google t i have also hear of this thing called smooth away don't know if it work but again you could google it. Don't rush to get rid of hair though if it's just peach fuzz or unnoticeable then don't get rid of it cause if you do it will make it worse most likely.
First of all, are you male or female. IF you are a female then you have some problems. Excess lip hair is often a sign of excess testostourone. Do you also have a thick pubic bush and enlarged vulva? If so I would suggested seeing your friendly neighborhodd gynecologoist. If not, then it's simply and unsighytly catapillar that can be wsiped away with some shaving cream and a razor. THere's nothing wrong with shaving if it makes you feel better about yourself.

if your a lass - use hair removing cream. NEVER EVER shave it. or it will grow back thicker.

If your a lad - depends how much it bothers you. The main problem with shaving is that when it grows back it grows back thicker and quicker, which means that you have to shave more often. Which is a pain in the butt!
Its 100% normal to have 'bumfluff' its just a sign that you are developing into an adult. So do not worry :o)
if you are a female, you can try bleaching them or the laser removal (this one is expensive). don't shave it. you can try hair removal cream too. test for a small patch to see if you are allergic to it or not.
I recommend facial bleach.. it's kinda hard to find sometimes, though.
You could also trim the hairs a bit if you find them too long.
You should definitely bleach it! It's easy and it makes the hair light and invisible!
remove them using a "thread" look it up .. It's not so popular but in some countries it is. You do it by getting a long cotton thread and tie both ends together.. hold it like scissors shape.. and try plucking up the tiny annoying lip hair. It's a very healthy method even better than waxing.. and unlike shaving cream, laser and such things it's a little painful in the beginning.. but, you'll get used to it don't worry :)
be confident with it..and just think that its not existing
Try to approach her again, CALMLY, and tell her that you're extremely self-concious about it. Ask if she might let you bleach it, or if there's some other alternative she might let you try. If she truly won't let you do anything about it, I would maybe go to your school counselor and tell them the situation (don't be embarassed). It's certainly possible that hearing the situation from a professional might change your mom's attitude. Good luck!
Get some Jolene (or other brand) hair lightener, dye the hair blonde, and it won't be noticeable. In my opinion, lightening is much better than waxing.
