its normal to do that when someones driving like an idiot but if you do it for no reason, that can get pretty annoying.

Yes its normal, its even more normal when you crash into the car in front of you because you where looking at the person in the car next to you rather than concentrating on the road ahead of you.

Different geographic locations may be different.. but in massachusetts probably 90% of drivers look at the person next to them.

Keep your eyes on the other cars! You never know what you might get to see.. (for example one day my gf had her bottoms around her ankles and was fooling around.. quite a few folk in SUV's got a nice treat that day.)

Semi-drivers can see car-sex and masturbation really well, being up so high in their tractor, so don't fool around and my parents taught me to glance, or keep your face aimed straight forward, and use your perriphial? vision or move your eyes to look at them, secret shit, yanno?

Because it's rude to stare and people can actually -feel- your eyes on them, there's a certain amount of pressure from a person's eyes, spiritual or aura or whatever, it's weird, but normal.

how would you know if you didn't look. I do the same thing. I've been in an accident because of it (nearly destroyed my car) but I'm still at it.

It's normal. One guy gave me the finger because I looked at him. I think he was already upset and was just taking it out on me.
