lump on right side of neck

Over the weekend my 14 year old daughter noticed a lump on the right side of her neck. It's towards the back on the right side. She says it's a little sore but that may be from pushing on it since she noticed it. She hasn't been sick or anything lately. ANy ideas?

yeh just glands playing up nothing to be too worried about, they should go down within about a week. They usually coincide with infections like a cold.
