lump or growth or something

okay so..on my leg close to "there" theres this big lump kind of thing. i dont know what it is, it looks kind of like a giant pimple and sometimes if i pop it stuff will come out and other times it will just bleed, but its very sensitive to touch. does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it? or is it cancer?

idk, maybe its a boil? i doubt its cancer, lol. maybe see a dr if its not going away, they can pop it or make sure it stays clean so it can heal.

if your legs rub together when you walk that can cause it, try baby powder if it is that and choose pants over anything else. but if its not that then you should ring a helpline and get advise or go to your local doctor.
