You can google search it on the web but most of what you will get directed to are porn sites rather than helpful information. Best thing is to go to a public library and pick up books on it and skim them. Do a search in the library on the title of masturbation, there's an endless number of books on it, written by experts in the field of sexuality and usually they are filed in the same location in the library. There's no crime or shame in reading.
