I normally do it about once a day. When I smoked weed (stopped a few days ago), I did it about five times a day. I have OCD, and when I was a kid, I couldn't easily stop once I started. yeah its good if it isent an addiction. but it helps your blood flow, prevents prostate cancer, lets you realease stress, and you kill five minutes of your day.
