Using a pillow was actually one of my first masturbation techniques. I would always lie on top of a pillow and use the corner as stimulation. Using the pillow is slightly more work on your part but it does work and is quite satisfying. I myself use vibrators mostly now, but hey you've got to start somewhere:).
