I work at a resturant in a mall and there are like five mentally handicap people that come in everyday and get coffee they are like downsyndrome or autizime they are like fetal alchol handicapped and too many drugs but they always take cups out of the trash to get free refils and say they "forgot" their money for their coffee i was just wondering if it was normal that they piss me off so much

Most of them are about 90% of a normal person, and try to use their disabilities to get things easier and get undeserved sympathy...

I work with some handicapped people & yes they are very annoying at times. I'm glad I am not one of them! Being nice to them takes so much of my energy sometimes, when I'd rather tell them to FUCK OFF!

If they are behaving badly, tell them. They are not much different than anyone else and should not be doing crappy things like that.

Tell your manager. Its not right what they're doing, it doesnt matter who they are.
Is it normal that spelling mistakes really piss me off?

Listen if you get annoyed get over it but i will tell you just do your job don't get mean or anything just do your job if you feel like you need to tell your manager your problem and they will fix it. Special people are hard to deal with at times and it takes someone with a big heart to deal with them.
