My 13 year old daughters nipple problem

Hello all, my qeustion is simple. Im a mother of a 13 year old daughter. She had developed her woman hood within the past year and she has saucer nipples. Is this normal? I dont have saucer nipples. She has a D cup and nipples bigger than silver dollars. Ive never seen this before. Is this normal?
