sumtimes my bones in my feet dislocate when there r unsupport. often when im in bed. it is aony until they slip back in2 place. dus this happen 2 many ppl? is it normal?

Your toes disconnect, thats weird. Does anything else on u disconnect ? If so, then go see a doctor, immediately.

Sounds like you are getting muscle cramps in your feet. Gentle stretching, massage and heat will relieve muscle cramps.
