My Breathing Is Different From My Friend/Family
When everyone I know breathes, their stomach moves in and out, when I do that I feel uncomfortable, and sometimes it's painful to expand my stomach. I breathe raising my chest while none of my friends do. I also have problems breathing through my mouth, it'll cause my teeth to feel sore and it's just...weird.
I also have trouble that sometimes, I can't breathe at all, my whole chest will become painful if it moves a tiny bit, I find it strange when none of my friends have that problem.
