It's not abnormal, but it is a bit unusual. Personally, it doesn't make me raise any eyebrows. You mentioned that you get on her case about it, but she ignores that. It may sound like she just doesn't like wearing clothes due to an issue with comfort; there's people who just can't stand the feeling of fabric and can't wait to strip as soon as they get home (I'm one of those, and I spend about 90% of my time naked or just in my underwear; I'll add a t-shirt in the winter).
