This is normal, I did it when I was younger. I just got my boobs and I was proud of them, so I'd show them off. I lived with three older brothers and same as your daughter I would cook eggs in my panties while my brothers were In the kitchen. I didn't know at the time, but I was doing it to win their arrival of my body. I didn't have any boyfriends at the time to say how quite I looked, so sub consciencely I did it to see if my brothers thought I was quite because I looked up to them. i think it is conpletly nomal.i am the same age and i do it all the time.but i dont have any men living in my home so i spose its a little different.but my mother gets upset about and we are just getting used to are body.
