Dogs mouths are cleaner than a humans. A lot of dog germs, that will be present in a dog are harmless to humans. There's no chance of rabies unless the dog bites to draw blood, and then, if its a pet doing this then it will probably already have its vaccinations.
Because a dog's germs are harmless to humans, and mostly vice versa there is a lot less harm of a dog licking a girl than a human. Plus, you can't get STD's from a dog. You can from a human.
As for the topic, you aren't alone. Lots of women like dogs eating them out and dogs are naturally attracted to the female's scent. It is "wrong" only by certain standards. The only way its truly wrong is if you are physically forcing the animal to go down on you, but then it would've just bit you and that's all. So it isn't "wrong". As long as the dog is willing and you aren't hurting it, then its relatively normal.
