my eyes don't shut
I have this problem where I can't keep my eyes closed when I'm trying to get to sleep. It happens about half the time, and it doesn't depend on how tired I am - sometimes I'm so exhausted I can't move a muscle but I still can't close my eyes. It's so strange. I try to drape my hand over my face so I can sort of hold my eyes closed but it feels forced, and I also tried to wear one of those eye masks they give you on planes but the fabric kept rubbing against my eyeballs and it gave me a rash. The thing is I can still sleep when I get like this, I just have really boring dreams where I'm staring at my ceiling all night and in the morning I'm never sure whether I fell asleep and dreamt it or whether I was actually awake all night. I don't drink much coffee so I don't think it's that. Anyone got any ideas??

Maybe get some blindfold. I think they sell them at the drug store and they are for sleeping so you cant see any light.

that is really weird. although i do know of some people who keep their eyes open until they fall asleep. looks like u could be the same.
