My friend getting revenge?

Okay I had a BFF, but she was "I, I, me, me" all the time so I ended the friendship later. Sometime she calls me and is like "I miss you, I want to be friends..." so I say yeah.

And then everything goes suspicious. She doesnt add me on her friends at myspace, she starts to hang out with my friends, is talking crap about me behind my back, and just smiles at me evilly.

Revenge maybe? Am I just being paranoid, is it normal?

Talk to her about. Don't be confrontational or anything, just ask her why she's doing what she's doing and ask her if she really wants to be friends again.

When you "say yeah" are you coming across as someone who's just trying to placate her? Are you? Ask yourself if you're just saying yes to make her feel better, because if that's the case, then it might show, and she may well resent it.

Without making her out to be the bad guy, talk to your other friends and let them know what's going on, that way they know to take anything this girl tells them in the proper context.

But revenge after a failed friendship is common, even if it is unwarranted.

Typical highschool BS, so yeah, it is normal. But I don't think you're being paranoid. I do think it's time to move on.

dude totally normal. I had this happen to me all the time in high school. these freakish people tend to become slightly obsessed with you and even though it will be like months and months without talking, suddenly they try to talk to u and u realize they still have this weird jealousy love hate relationship with u.

they just never get over it. total freaks! i have one doing it to me at this moment. acts super nice in my face, but i catch her talking crap right when i leave. Let me guess, always trying to do better than you. yup total freaks.

Just meet new people cus those never change. most of them stay backstabbing shit talking people even in old age. lol trust me. this one girl's mom was like that and all her sisters. i hated them they made me cry and ganged up on me when they had a chance taking all my friends away and calling me a slut. But then i got mean eventually and beat one up. now they still all kiss ass (years after) but i dont care over the highschool shit.
