my hands are ALWAYS cold

ok my handsare always super icy and i dont get cold easy, my family and boy friend have all said something about, my hands and fingers are thin and really pale to, its weird the other day i did an experiment and help my hands under a warm electric blanket then held them around a thermometer and the temperature only came up to 70 degrees in five minutes, i know that probaly doesnt mean anything since most thermometers dont work that well with your hands but am i missing something or is it nothing to worry about?

It could just mean you have poor circulation. Try running them under warm and then cold water back and forth every day for a while and see if that helps.

my hands are cold too. it's the circulation, avoid drinking cold water

Actually, you may have Raynaud's syndrome. You should probably have that checked by a doctor, preferably a Rhuematologist.

i used to have colds hands alot too mainly when i did homework alot and my right hand would get cold from writing so much and my mom said maybe bad circulation but i havent had it for a while but ya thats all i can think of but get it checked just incase

Well, you could have a circulatory problem. Do they ever get tingly, like up your arm or on your hand at least? You probably should tell a doctor if you haven't already.

I have the same problem u have what i have LOW IRON...take some pills for it unless u like beans...Eww beanss but yea.. Iam a free bleeder im really cold ( hands and chest) and yea.. I scar easy U have low Iron its normal my gf has it but shes like super hot its wierd

I have that problem in the colder seasons, no matter what it seems my hands are cold. So i'd say its somewhat normal.

you might not have good blood circulation in your hands its the truth...think of people who have died they are cold and pale...so think about it
