do you smoke weed ? i only ask because i used to get that feeling... and i sh1t a brick.. i thought it was my brain cells poppin...get fresh air...it works a treat. If it persists get a scan...or take your mothers dildo off your head for a minute and see if thats the cause.

get a ct scan----persistant headaches can be the sign of a brain tumor.

Actually you have a point there. There is actually a condition where humans can phisically explode. Its called Spontaneous Human Combustion.
