Im a 25 yr old male and i'm attracted to my 17yr old cousin. We are only related by marriage so it's not like we are real cousins. We hang out a lot and go on "dates" although we have never done anything sexual. Regardless I can't stop thinking about her.

What do you mean by "real cousin"?She being related to you through marriage makes her a blood relative, unless one of you is adopted.

There's a BIG age difference here between the two of you, 17 is sooo young.

If you do get sexually involved with her, and if there's a break-up down the road, you will still have to see her at family functions, which could be very awkward.

This would be very bad for you get involved with. 17 is a bad age for you be with, especially with you being 25. Find someone your age, and just remain friends. It could be emotionally scarring in the future, especially for her.

I'm having a hard time answering this question myself. Like you I'm 25. But the difference is, my cousin is 16 and she's really related to me. Our fathers are brothers. i really don't think you should listen to almost everyone who tells you to do her. if she gets pregnant, well your screwed.legaly you also can't have sex before the age of 18. you could get fined.
