I hate to say hate. I don't hate anyone at all. But I do hate one person (three people actually). My mom. I really hate her.

I don't her for the typical, oh I didn't get what I want so I hate you kind of way. Let me exlain my situation.

My mother is an open person. She knowingly lets me drink alcohol and she lets me cuss too. I lied to her about having a B in my class when I really had a C and I have been grounded for over 4 months.

She hasn't let me go out with my friends. I can only see them at school. She won't let me go to basketball games. She won't let me do anything. She said that she has to be the "parent" now.

I don't understand how she can let me drink and cuss but I can't lie about a grade. I understand but I lied about a f**king grade that went up to a B for real by the end of the quarter.

Yet I'm still grounded.

Is it normal for my mom to spazz out about me lying? Or am I just a liar who desreves to be punished even though it's a new grading period and I have an A, been grounded for 4 months, and I can do anything else bad.

Oh, p.s I hate my mom.

Your mom should be shot for letting you drink alcohol. Quit being a fuck up and pay attention in school anyways, you may miss a few basketball games now, but if you flunk out of school you'll have plenty of games to attend except you'll be under the bleachers giving handjobs for crack money.

God ur lucky lolz. I don't get to see my friends either. I live in the middle of nowhere and have been grounded for over four months because my mom found a couple condoms in my dresser. I say you're lucky because you can drink your problems away lol. I wish that I had weed ever minute that I'm home so I could smoke out and I wouldn't need friends lol.

Your mom lets you drink alchohol and cus under her supervision because your gonna anyways this way she knows. not only that, but the more you tell someone not to do something, the more thier gonna do it. School is different. Your mom trusts you and your judgement enough to cuss and drink and be responsible in how you do those things and she also trusted that you would be open with her. You shouldn't have lied about school, bottom line, and you should have studied harder. While four months grounding is a little extreme for a punishment, you did deserve it. and don't say you hate your mom. your mom sounds nice and no offense, i understand where ur comin from, but when you say u hate her it makes u sound like a spoiled brat.

You're allowed to hate your mother, but I don't feel like being grounded should be one of them. I'm sure you're upset that you've been grounded, but don't hate her. But yeah, she is a little out of line in the amount of time you've been grounded.

i agree thats a lil harsh and ya i hated, well was pissed at, my mom cuz thru highschool i was grounded most the time and one time i got grounded for the whole summer break cuz i came home on time but the door was locked and i banged on every door then i went to see my friends(didnt have a cellphone then) and she called the cops and they found me and freaked out and ya it was lame i dont think grounding ur kids works it just made me depressed as fuck

SOme of these comments I thought, like, wow, bitches. It's normal to feel this way. You probably want her tp be like a mother towards you and have rules and eveyrthing. It's great that you're getting an A now and I'm happy for you. Tell you're mother you want her to act like a real mom, if that is what you want. You're her duaghter, and she has her ways of punishment, I respect that. But I think four months was a little harsh. Maybe, like, a week or two...
