My mother and her former boyfriend!

my mother had a relationship four years ago. It took approximately ten months. After this relationship my granny, my mother's mother, told to me in confidence that my mother had sex like a prostitute together with her former boyfriend to say it in rational words. Well, my granny said to me, "Your mom had sex like a b**ch!" The reason is that my mother advised my granny of her sex life.
My granny didn’t tell more about it to me.
What does this mean that my mother had sex like a prostitute together with her former boyfriend?
