It's not normal but I don't think it is harmful or a doctor would have addressed it by now. Ask your parents. Maybe they know something about it.

You could be pigeon chested? My brother has that, and it sounds like the same sort of thing. It is genetic, so ask your family if they know of it. It isn't dangerous. You could probably get surgery to correct it, but it probably isn't worth it.

Break your left rib to balance it out or just pry your right rib out with a crowbar. Im an internet shaman jedi doctor. I know these things.

It could be genetic maybe even a connective disorder. I would try to get it checked.
