Ugh. This isn't taboo idiots, it goes against the basic genetic code of our species. Survival of the fittest. Interbreeding means the kids would be fucked up. I know a pair of cousins who married and can testify that this us true, both of their kids are fucked. OP, whilst I think pecking and spooning is fine (although I wouldn't with my brother) anything more than that needs knocking on the head.
