The word would be prejudice* not racist, racist is descriminating against a RACE. The reason there is a prejudice against the south about incest is from the high rate of incent occurances, though that does not mean that it doesn't take place in other locations and it also doesn't mean that the south is only filled with "incest is the best" mentalities.
